We leaned into a "Digital Zen" philosophy. Our design language utilized soft cream backgrounds, serif typography for headings to establish authority, and generous white space to allow product images to shine.
Strategically, we focused on the "Consultation Path." By placing booking touchpoints alongside educational content, we reduced the friction between learning about a treatment and taking action.
