The Client
NoaVoice AI is an AI-powered voice automation platform that enables businesses to manage intelligent calling campaigns, capture structured transcripts, and automate communication workflows at scale.
They approached us with a clear goal — they needed a landing page that could establish their brand as a serious, enterprise-ready SaaS product and drive qualified demo bookings. Their existing online presence didn't match the sophistication of their technology.
The Challenge
The AI and voice automation space is extremely competitive. Every other SaaS in this space has a polished website. NoaVoice AI needed something that would not only look premium but would also strategically guide visitors from understanding the product to booking a demo.
The challenge was threefold: communicate a complex AI product simply, establish trust and authority from the first scroll, and build a conversion-optimised journey that turns visitors into leads.
Our Approach
We started with strategic research — studying top-performing AI and automation platforms to understand what layout patterns, conversion structures, and pricing psychologies work in this space. This gave us the insights we needed to make design decisions rooted in data, not assumptions.
From there, we mapped out a refined information architecture that ensured a seamless narrative flow — from value proposition to social proof to the final call-to-action. Every section was placed with intent.
Wireframes were built to prioritise clarity and quick decision-making. The hero immediately establishes product positioning, followed by structured feature blocks, integration showcases, testimonials, and a conversion-optimised pricing section.
For the visual design in Figma, we chose a clean, light aesthetic with subtle blue gradients, balanced spacing, and modern typography — creating a premium SaaS identity that feels trustworthy and cutting-edge simultaneously.
