1. Introduction
Welcome to CleanUp Pro – AI Phone Booster ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our Android application ("App").
By downloading or using CleanUp Pro, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This policy covers our free version (with ads) and our Premium subscription version. Where practices differ between the two, we clearly indicate which applies.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Email address — only if you use the Email Security Checker feature (checked against the HaveIBeenPwned API; never stored on our servers).
- Subscription details — managed entirely by Google Play Billing; we never see your payment card information.

2.3 Device Permissions We Request
- Storage / Media access — to scan, display, and delete photos, videos, and files.
- Contacts — to detect and merge duplicate contacts (processed on-device only).
- Calendar — to scan and remove past calendar events (processed on-device only).
- Biometrics / Fingerprint — to unlock the Secret Space vault (never transmitted).
- Internet — for ads (free tier), analytics, crash reporting, and email breach check.
All photo, video, contact, and calendar data is processed entirely on your device. This data is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party server.
3. Advertising (Free Version)
The free version displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to show personalized ads based on your interests.
What AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID (Google's resettable device identifier)
- Approximate location (country/region level)
- App usage signals for ad relevance
- IP address (used to determine country; not stored by us)
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. You can also reset your Advertising ID from the same menu.
Google AdMob operates under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Premium subscribers see no ads. AdMob is disabled for Premium users.
4. Premium Subscription
CleanUp Pro offers Premium, which unlocks all features and removes advertisements. Subscriptions are processed entirely through Google Play Billing.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
- We never see, store, or process your payment card information.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play's refund policy.
What we receive from Google Play: Only a subscription status token (active/expired) so the app knows whether to unlock Premium features. No payment details are shared with us.

We do not share any data beyond what is strictly required for each service to function.
7. Data Storage & Security
On-device data: Files inside the Secret Space Vault are stored locally on your device in an encrypted format. Vault data never syncs to any cloud or server. If you uninstall the app, all vault data is permanently deleted.
Server-side data: Crash reports and analytics are stored on Firebase servers (Google infrastructure) with industry-standard security. We retain analytics data for a maximum of 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not build individual user profiles from analytics data.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
8. Your Rights & Choices
You have control over your data:
- Opt out of personalized ads: Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Reset your Advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset Advertising ID.
- Delete vault data: App Settings → Secret Space → Delete All Vault Files.
- Disable analytics: App Settings → Privacy → Disable Analytics (coming in v2.0).
- Revoke permissions: Android Settings → Apps → CleanUp Pro → Permissions.
- Delete your data: contact us at helpsaturnedge@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Cancel Premium: Google Play → Subscriptions → CleanUp Pro → Cancel.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Children's Privacy
CleanUp Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at helpsaturnedge@gmail.com and we will delete such information promptly.
10. International Users
CleanUp Pro is available globally. If you use the App from outside India (our primary country of operation), anonymized analytics data may be transferred to and processed in the United States (Firebase/Google servers) in accordance with Google's data processing terms.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of anonymized data as described above. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, show an in-app notification for material changes, and for major changes may request your acknowledgement before continued use. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
