Information we process

Arrow Escape stores game progress and preferences on your device, including unlocked levels, the current puzzle, remaining lives, hints, and settings.

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google AdMob. Depending on enabled features, your choices, and service configuration, these services may process device or installation identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information, IP address, and approximate location inferred from IP address.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide.

How information is used

We use information to operate the game, restore progress, understand app usage, improve reliability, deliver optional notifications, provide advertising, and respond to support requests.

Advertising services may also process information for ad measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted by applicable settings and consent, ad personalization.

Advertising and third-party services

Arrow Escape includes optional rewarded advertisements and advertisements between completed levels. Third-party advertising services process information according to their policies and applicable privacy choices.

Notifications and privacy choices

You can control notifications through the game’s Settings and your device’s notification settings.

Where available or required, you can review advertising privacy choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices. Device advertising controls may also be available in Android Settings.

Disabling notifications does not automatically disable analytics or advertising data processing.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or removed. Android backup settings may affect whether data is restored after reinstallation.

Analytics retention: Event data retained in Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics according to our configured retention setting, which is currently 14 months. If we change this setting in Google Analytics, we will update this policy.

Information processed by Google services is retained according to the relevant service settings and policies. Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete information already processed by those services.

For privacy or deletion requests, contact helpsaturnedge@gmail.com. We will explain what information we can identify and delete, subject to applicable legal requirements and technical limitations.

Support correspondence retention: We retain support emails and related correspondence for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Children’s privacy

Arrow Escape is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

Security and international processing

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us to submit a request.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the App changes. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
